Because Glyphotext documents are structured, Glyphotext's print engine allows to control which parts of a text (hieroglyphs, transliteration, translation) should be printed and in which order.
When editing your document, your only concern is its logical structure and actual content. Only at print time do you choose the way your document should be presented. You can choose to print only the hieroglyphic text, only the transliteration or translation, or any combination of those parts.
Virtually all aspects of printing are customizable, such as spacing between blocks, font faces and sizes, page breaks, page headers and footers, etc.
